Privacy Policy
PremierSoft AMS (“AMS”) is a software service for travel agencies, provided by Matevosyan Accounting Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”), Yerevan, Armenia. Travel agencies (“agencies”) use AMS to receive and answer customer messages, prepare quotes and manage bookings. This policy explains what personal data AMS processes, for whom, and the choices you have.
Who is responsible
- If you are a customer of an agency (you message an agency or book travel with it), that agency decides how your data is used and is responsible for it. We process your data on the agency’s behalf and only to provide AMS to that agency.
- If you are an agency user (staff with an AMS account), we are responsible for your account data.
Information we process
- Messages. When you write to an agency on a channel it has connected to AMS (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp or Telegram), AMS receives the content of your messages, your public profile name, and the identifier the platform assigns to the conversation (such as a page-scoped ID or phone number).
- Contact and booking details you share with an agency to arrange travel: name, phone number, email address, travel dates, traveller details and payment records.
- Agency user accounts: name, email address, role, sign-in and security data.
- Technical data: basic logs such as IP address and browser type, used to run and secure the service.
How it is used
- To let the agency answer your enquiries, send quotes and provide customer support.
- To let the agency arrange and manage the travel services you request.
- To keep the conversation history together, so any of the agency’s staff can help you.
- To operate, secure and support AMS, and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Data from messaging platforms
An agency connects its own Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp Business account or Telegram bot to AMS. We receive message data from these platforms through their official business APIs, including the Meta Platform, and use it only to provide AMS to the agency that connected the account, in line with each platform’s terms. Data from one agency is never made available to another. Your conversations are also subject to the privacy policy of the platform you use.
Sharing
Personal data is shared only with the agency you deal with; with the suppliers that agency uses to fulfil your travel (such as tour operators, airlines and hotels); with the service providers we use to run AMS (hosting, error monitoring and email delivery), who are bound by confidentiality; and where the law requires it.
Storage and security
Each agency’s data is kept separate from every other agency’s. Access is limited to authorised users and protected by authentication, including two-factor authentication for privileged roles. Access tokens and credentials are stored encrypted.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as the agency uses AMS and needs it to serve you or to meet its legal record-keeping duties. When an agency deletes data or stops using AMS, the data is deleted or anonymised, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. If you are a customer of an agency, contact that agency first; you can also contact us and we will pass your request on. See the data deletion instructions.
