Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of PremierSoft AMS (“AMS”), a software service for travel agencies provided by Matevosyan Accounting Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”), Yerevan, Armenia. They apply to agencies that use AMS and to their staff (“you”).
The service
AMS lets an agency receive and answer customer messages from the channels it connects, prepare quotes, and manage bookings and payments. Fees, if any, are as agreed with us in writing.
Accounts
You are responsible for the people you give access to, for keeping sign-in details secret, and for activity under your agency’s accounts. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Connected channels
An agency connects its own Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp Business account or Telegram bot, and remains their owner. You must follow the terms and policies of each platform, including Meta’s WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies, and have a lawful basis to message your customers. Charges a platform makes for messages (such as WhatsApp conversation fees) are billed by that platform to the agency.
Your customers’ data
The agency is responsible for its customers’ personal data; we process it on the agency’s behalf and only to provide AMS, as described in our Privacy Policy. Customers can request deletion as described in the data deletion instructions.
Acceptable use
Do not use AMS to send unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or unsolicited content, or try to disrupt the service or gain unauthorised access to it or to another agency’s data. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Availability and liability
We work to keep AMS available and secure, but provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for failures of messaging platforms, travel suppliers or other services outside our reasonable control, or for indirect losses.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of AMS after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
